FAQ’s
What type of paper are the posters printed on?
Orders are printed on a thick, textured white cold-press paper. Cold press paper is a textured, medium-rough surface paper commonly used for watercolor. It is a heavy weight paper, offering excellent durability.
Weight: 340 gsm
Texture: Heavily textured
Finish: Matte
How are the prints shipped?
For sizes 8x10 and smaller, the prints are shipped in a flat, rigid mailing envelope.
Sizes larger than 8x10 are rolled into a sheet of wrapping paper and shipped in a thick tube or triangle box.
What happens if my prints arrive damaged?
They get replaced of course! I just need a picture of the damage & I will send you another set of prints free of charge.
What happens if USPS lost my order/my tracking is not updating?
Unfortunately, this happens from time to time. I absolutely hate this and wish I could control this. Many times, the tracking number will say “pre-transit” and when you check it from day to day, it still says “pre-transit”. What I’ve been told is that sometimes the delivery workers will forget to scan the item to show that it is moving through the system but it is in fact moving through the system, it’s just not getting updated. Usually the order shows up, even though the tracking updates were never given. Sometimes, orders do get lost. If your order gets lost, I will send a replacement free of charge! Please send me a message if this is happening to you and I will get involved/help you remedy the situation!
